Halloween Racing at NTK

Halloween racing at NTK was certainly a nice treat.  We had beautiful weather, the track was fast, there were lots of Halloween activities, and we were still able to get everyone home before dark for their own Halloween festivities.

Our announcer, Gina or her alter ego of Miss NTK, was busy announcing all the new track records.  Congratulations go to the following for their new track records.

Animal Box Stock

Dan Esparza

Jr. 1 Medium 2 Cycle

Hayden Green

Rotax Junior

Joe Taylor

Rotax Senior

Dan Esparza

Senior Stock Moto Shifter

Jake French

Tag Cadet I

Gunnr Murphy

Thank you to everyone that spent their time baking and brining food.  The whole awards table was filled with goodies for the racers.  Between that and the candy given out in pit runner trick-or-treat, none of our racers or spectators went home hungry.

We had the second NTK Halloween pumpkin carving contest.  All the entries were creative.  The judges decided that the top award went to Kyle Riedel for his carving of a kart in the pumpkin.

Congratulations go to Jake French and Greg Masterman for winning the magnetic photo frames donated by Polar Graphics and to Dan Esparza and Matt Stephenson for winning the gift certificates donated by FastTech racing.

With one race to go in the 2010 season we have several points battles that will be decided on the outcome of the final race.  Make sure to join us at NTK on November 14th for the excitement.  Racing starts at 1 PM.

Benefits include a free pass and a front row seat right in the middle of all the action. Visit the forum thread to view the worker list and sign up for a position. No experience is necessary please arrive 1 hour before racing starts for instructions. For more information contact Bob Schabel (972-221-2567).
