NTK just finished it's winter series and it was a great success! With the membership's help we can make next years winter series even better.

Greg,

The Florida Winter Tour website and series is really very innovative and cool. You can watch their races live, they have several cameras on the course. They have live commentary, live lap times & website visitors can post comments and communicate with each other live across the country/world.

They have the races archived so you can go back & watch them anytime.

They are doing great things to promote our sport that invite interest and participation and I thought our members would be interested in knowing about this. In fact we had an NTK member chatting live yesterday during the race.

This is something we could even consider doing in the future to help promote NTK. They sell advertising which I am sure helps foot the bill for their hosting fees.

Cameras at the track are not a bad idea. I think someone else has brought up that subject in the past, of putting live video of races on the website. That would be a great marketing tool. The website could be put to work for us!

It would be a lot cheaper than ads in the newspaper.
They also could be used for security which has also been brought up before.
