track closure

to all members without having to log into members only,, my apologies for the track closures you have seen posted lately. the track is in serious danger of going south on us fast with this dry overheated spell we have been experiencing. we have closed the track during the week because we have drip hoses spread everywhere around the track in an effort to hydrate the ground as much as possible. there are hoses runing across the track in several locations to be able to get to the middle and water the inside. we are working on several options to get the hoses across the track without crossing the surface but we still have them all along the side about six to eight inches off the edge and i dont need anyone running off track and cutting them up or winding them up on your kart. so again please bear with us on this situation, hopefully it is temporary.

Hope all is going well, HCKC is seeing some issues as well with the dry spell. We just replaced 150' of straight as well, and some of our concrete edges will need replacement soon.
