On a roll in month of August

Former NTK racer Kaley Engstrom, has been on a roll in August. Early in the month, the 16 year old traveled to English Creek Speedway just outside Knoxville Iowa for the Outlaw Kart Nationals. She raced her QRC -Honda powered 250cc to a National Title. A week later,she would be at Cowtown Speedway for a 600cc non-wing show, finishing 2nd in the heat and 4th in the feature. Last Friday night we were back at Cowtown for a 600cc show, but wings back on the cars. After running 3rd in the heat, she wasn't sure just how the night would go. A great start in the feature, would put Kaley out front and never looked back, taking her XXX chassis-Yamaha powered machine to victory lane! This weekend Kaley will be at Heart of Texas Speedway in Waco Friday, and Sunday at Gulf Coast Speedway outside of Houston.
