Question about new rules and exhaust for Yamaha classes
by Matt Wolfe » Tue Jan 31, 2012 10:51 am
The new rules refer to RLV1, RLV2, and RLV3 exhaust for the Yamaha classes. I am confused as to what exhausts these are referring too. I am new in the sport and trying to find a pipe to run on my son's cadet kart in the Rookie class. I have seen the L series pipes on there website but those start at L-2. I have seen some karting websites refer to an RLV Spec1, 2, and 3 pipe. Is this what the new rules are referring too? Any help would be greatly appreciated especially if someone has actual part numbers. Thanks.

Matt it does not look like no one answered your question on the forum but if you still do not have the answer, here it is. The RLV 1 and 2 are junior pipes with a called out flex length and the 3 is a senior pipe. If you have any further questions and you would like, call me 405=799=9204 and I will help you out.
Thanks
