Who should I talk to regarding parking and leaving an enclosed trailer at the track? Assume there is a monthly fee. And are there certain areas for this purpose.

Eric,
As of now, we are not charging for trailers at the track. They must be parked below the area on the pit runner marked as the crossover or "no pit". They can also be in the field at the end where you see other trailers.
The track assumes no liability for the trailer while it is at the track.
We also ask that you use some tape and marker to put your name and contact number on the trailer nose so that we can contact you if there are issues.
