ok clone kart help

my daughter is 10 and is 5ft to 5ft1 tall all legs when we drove the club kart she didn't fit in the cadet chassie she had to run the adult chassie just trying to make sure she can run the adult chassie in the jr class at her age. rules don't state chassie type for chondas
