what tach. should i buy? i dont really know much about karts, but i'm coming for you

Do you mean what on board computer?
I think most racers at NTK use an AIM Micron but there are other brands.

Us cheep old guys still use Digitrons. They only give temps ( head, or exhaust ) and R.P.M. Might not give you all the info you might want.
Doctor say that I can go drive, check the bloodpressure and LET'S SEE.
