Practice on race day for non racers

I just have a quick question , now that races are taking place in the afternoons. Are the mornings open for practice for NTK members non-racing ? I wish I was in shape for racing but is going to take some time .

Yes, up till controlled practice starts then you must be registered to race. Members only with wrist band.
Doctor say that I can go drive, check the bloodpressure and LET'S SEE.
