I'm so tired of waiting on the doctor to release me to go back racing.
I miss driving something fast.

This is what happens when the do gooders take charge. Unleaded eveything sounds so great. That's why banning anything should be well thought out, guns are next, after that,
?????? Even what you think is not a problem will be to someome. I hope reasonable folks will prevail before we feel the effects at NTK.

It might not be a bad idea to write a letter protesting it even though we are not in the mini bike sport, it could be karting next.

Isn't IKF only allowing unleaded fuel this year?

It might not be a bad idea to voluntarily use only unleaded fuel. That is one source of lead that gets inhaled when racers use leaded fuel & it can be avoided by using unleaded gas. We used unleaded in both Yamaha and Rotax classes & the engines ran fine (very fast actually, except when I was driving
) It probably won't be an option soon anyway.
I don't think I have ever seen a mini bike driver sucking on a spark plug or valve stem, or licking a battery terminal. The ones I've seen have all been older than 2 or 3.
