Help. Need Chassis Repair

Well I was working on mounting the seat on the kids kart. I was bending left side seat brace and guess I went to far. Tore right below the weld on the main tube of the frame. If someone has a suggestion on who to use to fix it, I would appreciate it. Bad week, worse day.
