Membership Renewals

It’s that time of the year to renew our memberships. Our calendar year ends on February 28, 2011. Which means we will be changing the locks on March 1, 2011. Our membership dues will continue to be $310.00. This includes the Careflite family membership.

Since this is a very busy and costly process, I would like to try to make use of our electronic media this year to get as many people as possible to renew. In order to renew, please use the following link to download all necessary forms.

You will find the Membership Application, a Release Form, Careflite form and Minor releases. Simply print them up fill them out and mail them along with your payment to the following address:

Or if you would like you can scan them in and email the forms to me and sent your payment in the mail. This would save the club a great deal of money and greatly expedite the process.

For those of you who have work credits, you can look up the number of credits at the following link.

For every work credit you will receive $25.00 off your membership renewal. Please remember, “work credits” and “race credits" are different. Race credits do not count towards your membership renewal. You can use a maximum of 8 work credits per year towards your membership renewal. This would bring your renewal cost down to $110 for the year.

Just an FYI, I will be at the Club Meeting on Thursday 2/3/11 at IHOP. You can bring your renewals to the meeting.

Still not too late to renew. Locks will be changed soon, so get your renewals in before you get locked out. There is a new IKF minor release form that will need to be filled out. It should be on the web-site to download soon.

Also, keep in mind you will not receive any points until you have renewed your membership.

Just an FYI, the locks have not changed yet. Everyone who has renewed there membership will have their new key before the locks change.

With that in mind it's your last chance to get your membership in before you get locked out. We will be changing locks soon, so if you haven't renewed, you will no longer be able to access the track.
