Rules and specifications

We are a new member and recently purchased a kart with a KT100 engine for my 13 year old son. I am trying to find or locate all the rules or guidelines specific to his kart and his class. I have downloaded the rules via the Racing info link above and it does not appear to have any specific requirements listed i.e. tires sizes, gearing, engine components and what is required for tech inspection etc.

Any help to ensure we have all the right set up would be appreciated.
