How to get started!

Hi all,
I am a 13 yr old living in Keller and would like to start racing and "movin' on up" in my very late racing career. As said before, I know I'm late but, I want to get started while I can. My dream is, of course, Formula 1, but I know the chances are slim. Anyways, enough about my life story. I want to start karting. Can I get a step by step guide on what to do?

Come on out to our race this weekend and take a spin in our club kart. There are many different classes available to join and many karts for sale at decent prices. You're starting off much earlier than I did... by about 12 years in age, haha.

This weekend is Fall 1, qualifying will be starting around 6pm on Saturday. Everyone is friendly, so come on out and we can tell you everything you need to know.

Thanks, sir! I will try to come this weekend. My dad had to overtime last weekend.

Thanks for the super post! And do i need to bring equipment? I havent bought anything.

Aswin, we have helmets and jackets, you will need to be wearing sneakers. bob
