Brake Bleeding Suggestions?

Can any of you please recommend a good brake bleeding procedure for a Birel Cadet? We are brand new to karting and welcome any education we can get. Without a reservoir what is the best procedure? Use a syringe or fabricate a reservoir just for bleeding?
Thanks for your help!

I have seen bleeder made out of plastic 16 oz water bottles with a air nozzle on the cap used to force brake fluid through the system that works pretty good and its cheap. see me at the track and I'll show you, or see Jim Loomis who taught me.

BMI karting sells a kit for $16. I will have mine with me on saturday ( Clone kart #1), come by and see if it fits that style of master cylinder before buying one, makes it a piece of cake to bleed em'
