Help!

Postby Dianna Goldinger » Thu Jul 11, 2013 8:15 pm

Trent wants to race on Sunday but his kart is giving us hard time. After it warms up it dies. Any ideas? I have cleaned the carb already. I have been reading online that the gasket that we thought we fixed probably has a leak but there is no time to order one!! Any advice is much welcomed!

It does sound like a gasket or an air leak if it is running ok and then stops after running a while. What gasket have you tried and where do you think you have a leak? We will be at NTK with kid karts breaking in motors and testing for nationals today. Let me know what you need and I will try to bring it if you want to stop by. --- Robbie

I would call it a head gasket. What time are you going to be there? I can up whenever and iron the problem out. Thanks so much for the help.
