Re: More 80cc newbie questions
Motorcycles run 40 or 50:1 but they don't have the sustained high rpm operation that we do. I recommend 24:1

Quick tech tip
After you melt a couple pistons and are forced to replace a cylinder and head it's a good idea to make sure the previous owner didn't install the fuel lines on the pump around carb backwards.

Help identifying wheels
What wheels are these? I got a pair of rears but I would like to find some matching fronts.
Thanks.

How do I mount a seat?
I just bought another kart and it had a small seat mounted. I need to mount my XL seat. Is there a proper order of operations for mounting a seat? Do I just hammer and bend the heck out of the braces to clear my wide XL seat? Any hints/tips are appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks.

Re: Briggs Motors in Kid Kart
Those rules only go down to JR or Cadet. I don't think they restrict enough for kid kart (yet). I haven't seen the LO206 mentioned for Kid Kart in the rules.

Re: Briggs Motors in Kid Kart
I haven't found the rules. But I think I found the motor: http://www.kartpartsdepot.com/Briggs-Local-Option-206-jr-Engine-p/sm-124332lojr.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and/or http://www.ebay.com/itm/Racing-Go-Kart-Mini-Bike-Engine-Briggs-Local-Option-206-JR-Junior-Clut...
