Olu, you have to have an average of three persons in your bracket to make it a class, however I'm not sure if they all have to be in the same bracket, because there is only one jacket given out for brackets. Push for some others to go for it. I will read the rules and relate back to you on it.

Dan, my advice is to start at the bottom and work your way up. Your driver needs to learn how to drive a kart first and then hone his achieved skills until he is not able to go any quicker or faster in the kart he is in and then move to the next step.
