Ok ordered some mg tires 4.6x5 for my daughters kart want to make sure the wheels i have are correct size for the tires what is correct wheel size for front and wheel size for back. I know sometimes you mount them to wider or narrower wheels for different things just want a good setup. thanks

If they are on the kid kart, they are the right wheels to learn. When she gets the hang of it, narrow up the rear wheels (up to 3.25") to get more roll out and top speed. If you go with the skinny ones right off the bat and she can't handle the kart because it is too loose, you may be taking a step back. If you only have the skinnier rears, work on the total rear width by moving the hubs in or out on the axle to adjust for loose or tight conditions.
