clone side cover question

clone side cover question

trying to get legal under new clone rules do we just drill the head of side cover bolts and saftey wire them bolt to bolt not sure how else you would do it but wont to make sure thanks

That's how I would do it. If you don't want to hassle with drilling bolts you can buy them at http://www.drilledheadbolts.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

any idea wich bolts it is not sure in what thread type

Spec says M8x30 and torque to 205 pound inch (17 pound ft)

Which side needs to be wired the pull start side or the clutch side???

The clutch side, you should only have to safety the 4 bottom bolts, the 2 top ones should butt up against the chain guard.
