clone side cover question
trying to get legal under new clone rules do we just drill the head of side cover bolts and saftey wire them bolt to bolt not sure how else you would do it but wont to make sure thanks
Re: clone side cover question
That's how I would do it. If you don't want to hassle with drilling bolts you can buy them at http://www.drilledheadbolts.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Here's a great link for torque specifications http://www.affordablegokarts.com/torquevalues.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: clone side cover question
The clutch side, you should only have to safety the 4 bottom bolts, the 2 top ones should butt up against the chain guard.
