Doing a search I can only find post for Chonda short track gearing. Would this be similar for the Animal gearing?
This would be for my son's cadet kart at 250#'s
Thanks

Re: Short track gearing
I think dropping 1 tooth on the driver will get in the right range. I've dropped a tooth on the driver and then added a tooth in the rear on the chonda.
If he's still running the 6100 rpm coil you want to try and hit the rev limiter somewhere near the end of the first straight.
Let me know what driver you need I have may have one you can borrow.

Re: Short track gearing
Thanks Boyd, I think we are running a 16T driver now and I have a 15T on hand. I will start with that change and also see what sprockets I ordered.
