NTK participates in the national Briggs & Stratton Weekly Racing Series. This is an affordable 4-cycle class with a sealed engine to keep costs down.

NTK is a not for profit, member owned and member run club. Family membership is open to the public and is a bargain compared to area country club type tracks. Annual Membership dues are $395 (Out of town memberships are an even better deal at $280/yr). Compare it to some tracks that charge as much for monthly dues. The Membership is applied to the family. The membership year runs from March through February. New member costs are pro-rated each month. See the Prorated Fee Schedule for pro-rated fees. $15 of the membership fee is for CareFlite membership ($49 value) that covers your immediate family whether you are racing at the track, driving to work or hanging Christmas lights.

You can download the two part Membership Application and when completed provide it to the Membership Chairperson for submission to the North Texas Karting Club.

The Minor Release Form is required on Race Days for race entry Note: If the Minor Release signature is not witnessed at the track the form needs to be notarized.

Benefits of membership include nearly unlimited use of track facilities, member discounts for club racing, Friday Night Practice under stadium lighting during the summer months, the inside line on club developments and eligibility to earn points toward Series Championships and awards and Year End Championships and awards.

Club Racing at NTK provides some spectacular racing action that is a treat just to watch. You do not have to be a Racer or a Club Member to enjoy the entertaining racing action found at North Texas Karters. We have Grandstands and catered food available for Spectators. Pit Passes must be purchased at the Gate; $10.00 for spectators, $10 for drivers.

NTK Club racing is always looking for good workers to help us conduct races, and often provides the finest seat in the house. Workers are given free Pit Passes and must have some training to work. Volunteers do not have to be club members.  No experience is necessary please arrive 1 hour before racing starts for instructions. For more information contact Bob Schabel (972-221-2567).
